Shipping policy
We ship to all addresses within South Africa using courier services to door and to PUDO lockers. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out accordingly. If the customer has chosen the PUDO to PUDO locker we will ship to the closest chosen locker of the customer unless otherwise instructed.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, but generally we use a flat rate to door and a flat rate to locker.
We offer free shipping promotions occasionally. This offer applies only to orders shipped within South Africa.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by couriers and freight services.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package online using the Courier Guy website.

Our Shipping options explained below
PUDO LOCKER TO LOCKER
We deliver the customers Package to the closest locker. The courier Picks up the recipients package and delivers it to the PUDO locker closest to the recipient. The recipient is notified that their package delivery has arrived in a locker and can collect in their own time. We charge a flat fee of R50 for this service
PUDO LOCKER TO DOOR
We deliver the customers Package to the closest locker. The courier Picks up the recipients package and delivers it to the door of the recpients chosen address. We charge a flat fee of R100 for this service.
